Pricing
You only pay when your club collects.
No monthly software fee. SoaringOps charges a small percentage of payments your club processes — nothing more. When activity slows in the off-season, your fees do too. Members still pay dues in January, so there's still a small fee even then — but without flight charges and storefront sales driving up the total, the bill drops dramatically on its own.
How it works
Two fees are deducted before funds are deposited to your club's bank account:
SoaringOps platform fee
A percentage of each payment processed. Applied to member invoices and storefront purchases alike.
Stripe processing fee
2.9% + $0.30 per transaction for US cards. International cards may carry a higher rate. Charged once per invoice or storefront purchase — not once per line item.
Members and storefront customers always pay the listed price. Fees are deducted from your club's payout — never added on top.
Member billing examples
Member invoices bundle all charges for the billing period into a single Stripe transaction — so the $0.30 flat fee is paid once per invoice, not once per flight.

When these charges appear together on one invoice, the $0.30 Stripe flat fee is shared across the total — not charged per line item.
Storefront examples
Each storefront purchase is a separate Stripe transaction, so the $0.30 flat fee applies individually.
